CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 625, IN BUILDING NO. 6, OF THE GRAND RESERVE AT KIRKMAN PARKE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8697, AT PAGE 2263, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3337 S KIRKMAN RD APT 625, ORLANDO, FL 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 23, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
