YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment, reformation of a deed and mortgage, to determine heirs, and to foreclose a mortgage on real property in Orange County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
Lot 45, CRYSTAL COVE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 32 through 34, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Ryan W. Owen, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
