NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2013, entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-037863-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and Zhong Shen; Wanshuang Shen a/k/a Wanshuang Wang; Bella Notte Homeowners Association, Inc.; Vizcaya Master Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Mirabella at Vizcaya 03184Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, BELLA NOTTE AT VIZCAYA PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
