RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale filed on February 08, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009762-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and PAULA J. BURCH A/K/A Paula Jean Burch, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 18, METROWEST UNIT FIVE/SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
