NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that the Clerk of the Court for Orange County will sell at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on April 29, 2013 at 11:00 AM/EST, the following described property:
Condominium Unit 1550S of THE PLAZA SOUTH TOWER COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium therefor recorded in Official Book 8820, Page 4417, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida (unit address: 189 S. Orange Avenue, Unit 1550S, Orlando, Florida 32801-3268; Parcel ID # 26-22-29-7157-15-500).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within (60) days after the sale.
