NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the abovestyled case, number 2012-CA-004189 in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that I, Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 49A, SOUTHRIDGE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 57 and 58, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
