NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, and entered in the case of CARMELA BUTERA and MARY TAYLOR, who are the Plaintiffs, and JAMES SAPP; PATRICIA LEWIS, n/k/a PATRICIA HICKOX; REGIONS BANK, f/k/a AMSOUTH BANK; NATIONS BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A.; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation; CITY OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation, are the Defendants, in the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case NO. 2011-CA-014623, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on 04/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 8, Block B, William's Grove, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book Y, Page 4, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. A/K/A 3626 Upton Drive, Orlando, Florida 32806.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
