WATT; CHERYL WATT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; IRMA LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/13/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
