The South 60 feet of the North 360 feet of the East ½ of Lot 10, GROVE CITY LAND COMPANYS SUBDIVISION of Section 6, Township 41 South Range 20 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 11, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with a non-exclusive easement for road ingress and egress and utilities over the West 50 feet of the South 340 Feet of the North 393.3 feet of the Ease ½ of aforesaid Lot 10.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
