Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013, and entered in 11003251CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES S. BROTHERTON; RACHEL W. BROTHERTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RACHEL W. BROTHERTON; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN M. BROTHERTON N/K/A IDALMIS BROTHERTON; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JAMES S. BROTHERTON, DECEASED; JOSEPH BROTHERTON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HIS NATURAL LEGAL GUARDIAN, RACHEL BROTHERTON; DANIEL BROTHERTON, A MINOR, B AND THROUGH HIS NATURAL LEGAL GUARDIAN, RACHEL BROTHERTON; REBECCA BROTHERTON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HER NATURAL LEGAL GUARDIAN, RACHEL BROTHERTON; JOHN BROTHERTON are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on July 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, BLOCK 3037, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 61, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 75A THROUGH 75C, OF THE public records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
