Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000942 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. , Plaintiff and Robert J. Garcia a/k/a Robert Garcia and Mildred L. Garcia a/k/a Millie L. Garcia a/k/a Mildred Garcia, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on June 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1581, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 4A THROUGH 4E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
