NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 01, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-005494-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and DAVID S. ARP; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID S. ARP N/K/A JENNIFER ARP; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; MANASOTA SPINNAKER BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 4, BUILDING B, SPINNAKER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPINNAKER BAY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 942, PAGE 285, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 71A THROUGH 71I, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
