NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2008-CA-005972 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR JPM ALT 2006-A1 is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO PEREZ; MARIA C. CUELLO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A MELISSA ROYER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
