NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-05536 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROSA SIVILLA A/K/A ROSA M. SIVILLA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
