NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 22, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 005760, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and DAVID M. GARRETT; DENNIS P. MOSBY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID M. GARRETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS P. MOSBY; COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 159 OF COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 6C, 6D AND 6E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 117 THROUGH 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
