NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2013, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Igor Kolar; Lilia B. Kolar aka Lilia Bejarano-Guzman; Tenant #1 nka Jane Ferreira; Tenant #2 nka Elesandro Ferreira; Tenant #3 nka Fernando Arensa; Tenant #5 nka Freddie Candelario; Tenant #6 nka Carla Zacarias; Tenant #7 nka Alfredo Amaro and Tenant #8 nka Yolanda Amaro are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of April, 2013, the interest in real property situated in Manatee County and described as:

THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 5 AND ALL OF LOT 6, BLOCK B, SERENA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
