NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005650 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Pauline Totten, as Trustee of the Totten Family Trust, The Unknown Trustee of the Totten Family Trust , Joe Stephens, as Trustee of the Bree Stephens 6 Trust under agreement dated February 22, 2006, Country Club/Edgewater Village Association, Inc. , Barbara Lee Stephens, SunTrust Bank, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Totten Family Trust, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Bree Stephens 6 Trust under agreement dated February 22, 2006, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
