NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011942, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and JUSTUS LEE DREW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUSTUS LEE DREW; ZACHARIAH LEON MCINTYRE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZACHARIAH LEON MCINTYRE; JOHN DOE 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JANE DOE 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NE CORNER OF THE W 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 335.0, WEST 446.19 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 143 FEET; THENCE WEST 66 FEET; THENCE NORTH 143 FEET; THENCE EAST 66 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
