NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-003279 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and RUSTY LEE KENNEDY; TRACY LEEANN KENNEDY; RBS CITIZENS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY ACQUISITION TO CHARTER ONE BANK, N.A; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
