Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on April 26, 2013 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, J.W. Curry Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 64 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, being in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 34 South, Range 17 East; thence North along the West line of said Lot 3, 140 feet; thence East 110 feet; thence South along the West line of Street, 140 feet; thence West along South line of said Lot 3, 110 feet to the Point of Beginning.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on November 26, 2012, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Federal Bank of Florida vs. Richard W. Wood, et al, and the Case number of which is number 2012 CA 002763.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
