NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019931 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOANTRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL W MILLER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED MICHAEL W. MILLER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 08/15/2004, CASA DI AMICI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., VENETIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, MICHAEL W MILLER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

UNIT M-34-B, PHASE II, CASA DI AMICI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2003242857, AND RERECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD INSTRUMENT #2004067960, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004229649, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
