Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001917 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff, and THE FIDELITY COMPANIES, INC., a Florida Corporation d/b/a FIDELITY HOMES, DAVID C. HUNIHAN, DAVID M. HUNIHAN, THE FIDELITY HOMES OF TALON BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, AND TALON BAY PROPERTY TAX OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of April, 2013, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
