Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of April, 2012, and Order Rescheduling the Sale dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007558NC of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor by merger to rbc bank (usa) f/k/a CENTURA BANK, is the Plaintiff, and M S. TEIXEIRA, LLC; TEIXEIRA CONSTRUCTION, INC.; MARK TEIXEIRA and SONYA TEIXEIRA are Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 18, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 6, via the internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Units A, B, G and H BOBCAT PROFESSIONAL CENTER, a Commercial Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in Instrument #2007017612, et seq., and the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Book 40, Pages 21 thru 21-E, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided 4/8 share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and the right to use Parking Spaces A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, G1, G2, G3, H1, H2 and H3, as limited common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
