Notice is hereby given that on April 25, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Karen Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 20, Township 36 South, Range 20 East (said corner being marked with an official county section corner monument); thence North 88°18'25” West along the South line of Section 20 a distance of 480.19 feet to intersect the center line of an 80 foot private road easement for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 88°18'25” West 480.19 feet; thence deflecting 88°23'13” right, run North 0°04'48” East 591.48 feet; thence South 89°55'12” East 480.00 feet to the aforesaid center line of a private road easement; thence South 0°04'48” West along said center line 605.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being and lying in Section 20, Township 36 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
AND
The non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over a strip of land 80 feet wide lying 40 feet on each side of the centerline as described in Deed recorded in Official Records Book 964, Page 1552, of the Public Records of Sarasota County Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 19, 2013, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
