NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008CA006291NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and RANDAL C. DUNKLE; TENANT #1 N/K/A DURAN DUNKLE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 26 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
A PART OF TRACT 3, MARLOW PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 3; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 3 A DISTANCE OF 102 FEET FOR A P.O.B.; THENCE CONTINUE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 61 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 3; THENCE RUN EAST 61 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE; THENCE RUN NORTH A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
