NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018313-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BART 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT W. HUNT, JR., A/K/A ROBERT HUNT, JR.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT W. HUNT, JR., A/K/A ROBERT HUNT, JR.; CHRISTOPHER M. HUNT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; ASHTON GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
