NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 006338 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHARLES R HENDRICKS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of April, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 356, TENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 22, 22A THROUGH 22M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
