NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case 2012 CA 003943 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and , CRAIG A. CRADDOCK; and THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; and MUIRFIELD HEATH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, INC.; and SARASOTA DOCTORS HOSPITAL INC., D/B/A DOCTORS HOSPITAL OF SARASOTA are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 25; THENCE N 56Ëš49' 12” EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 25 A DISTANCE OF 88.47 FEET TO THE EASTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 25; THENCE S 30Ëš 53' 17” EAST ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY PROLONGATION OF THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 25 A DISTANCE OF 7.71 FEET; THENCE S 63Ëš 33' 10” WEST A DISTANCE OF 86.56 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HEATHER BOW (TRACE XLIV) SAID POINT BEING A POINT ON A CURVE OF WHICH THE RADIUS POINT LIES S 53Ëš 17' 21” WEST A RADIAL DISTANCE OF 357.81 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 01Ëš 26' 27” AND A RADIUS OF 311.30 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC A DISTANCE OF 7.83 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS THAT PART OF SAID LOT 25 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE EASTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 25; THENCE N 30Ëš 53' 11” WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 25 A DISTANCE OF 15.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 30Ëš 33' 17” W ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE A DISTANCE OF 61.93 FEET; THENCE S 24Ëš 19' 28” E A DISTANCE OF 61.52 FEET; THENCE N 65Ëš 40' 23” E A DISTANCE OF 7.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
