NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005985 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA2 is the Plaintiff and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CECIL A. BLISSETT; and EDAINEY C. BLISSET; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDAINEY C. BLISSETT; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 25th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 37, BLOCK 77, 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 32 OF the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
