NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 29th day of January, 2013, in the cause wherein CACH, LLC., Plaintiff, and Leslie Young, Defendant, being case number 09CC6925NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Leslie Young, in and to the following described personal property, to-wit:

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on May 1, 2013, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, Leslie Young's, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid personal property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.
