NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-001947 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MANUEL TREVINO; MARISELA TREVINO; TENANT #1 N/K/A LUIS BURGOS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JENNIFER BURGOS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 110, LOMA LINDA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
