NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-000456 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and AMANDA N. O'BRIEN; MICHAEL O'BRIEN A/K/A MICHAEL D. O'BRIEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID O'BRIEN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 15765, 15766 AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 15767, SAID 1/2 LOT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 15766; THENCE 20 FEET IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 100 FEET IN A LINE PARALLEL TO THE NORTHEASTERLY LOT LINE OF LOT 15766; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 20 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 100 FEET TO THE P.O.B., UNIT 60, SOUTH VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
