A of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Sandra J. Checchia as Trustee of the Sandra J. Checchia Revocable Trust Agreement Dated August 3, 2010; Sandra J. Checchia; Unknown Spouse of Sandra J. Checchia; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Sandra J. Checchia Revocable Trust Agreement Dated August 3, 2010; Unknown Tenant # 1; and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK B, ENGLEWOOD VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 140 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
