NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 017509 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and TERRY L JOHNSON; LUCINDA H. JOHNSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A MIKE URIBE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, FLORA VILLA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
