Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008 CA 005225 SC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17 is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT GARDNER, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, BLOCK 342, 5TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 17th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
