NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-005051 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY WERNER A/K/A JEFFREY R. WERNER A/K/A JEFFREY RUSSELL WERNER; DONNA M. WERNER; LONGBOAT BEACHCOMBER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPRI AT HUNTERS CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 307, LONGBOAT BEACHCOMBER CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 812, PAGES 535, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY; AND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 24 AND 24A, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
