LIPOWICZ; HALINA MAKOWSKA-LIPOWICZ A/K/A HALINA LIPOWICZ; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JON SULLIVAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment
