NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed March 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056223 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR11 Trust, is Plaintiff, and ALEYDA MOLINA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26 AND 27, BLOCK 2833, UNIT 40, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81 TO 97, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
