NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed March 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-057267 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW 2006-10, is Plaintiff, and GUIDO POLLMANN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 31 AND 32, BLOCK 4348, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 TO 81, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
