A tract or parcel of land lying in the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 30, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, being the West 199.50 feet of the South half (S 1/2) of Lot 13, as shown on the plat of EAST STADLER FARMS, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 6 of the Public records of Lee County, Florida, (Vacated per CCMB 10 at page 54) being more particularly described as follows: From the Southwest corner of the North half (N 1/2) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 30, run N 00 degrees 17' 50” W along the West line of said North Half (N 1/2) of Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) being the centerline of Ford Street (50' wide) for 25.01 feet; thence run N 89 degrees 34' 20” E parallel with and 25.00 feet north of (as measured on a perpendicular) the South line of said North Half (N 1/2) of said Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) being the centerline of Hanson Street (50 feet wide) for 25.00 feet to the Point of Beginning From said Point of Beginning run N 01 degrees 17' 50” W parallel with and 25.00 feet east of (as measured on a perpendicular) said West line of said North half (N 1/2) of Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) along the East Right of Way line of Ford Street being the West line of said Lot 13 for 314.05 feet; thence run N 89 degrees 37' 05” E along the North line of the South half (S 1/2) of said North half (N 1/2) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 30 being the North line of the South half (S 1/2) of said Lot 13 for 199.50 feet; thence run S 01 degrees 17' 50” E along a line parallel with, and 224.50 feet East of (as measured on a perpendicular) said West line of the North half (N 1/2) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) for 313.89 feet to an intersection with the North Right of Way line of Hanson Street (50 feet wide); thence run S 89 degrees 34' 20” W along said North Right of Way line being the South line of said Lot 13 for 199.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
