NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 15, 2013 and entered in 12-CA-050102 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5 , is the Plaintiff and JOHN A. RAMSEY II A/K/A JOHN ALEXANDER RAMSEY II; KATRINA RAMSEY; PLAINTIFF; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; HORSE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, HORSE CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 11 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
