WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2009-2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and CARLOS ARREDONDO, RACHEL RUBALCABA, et al; are defendants.
