NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-054289 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Terwin Mortgage Trust 2006-3 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth Boynton, Jasper Place Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 8, JASPER PLACE A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1427 AT PAGE 392 THROUGH 430 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
