NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15 day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-052790, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and TIWANNIA BRYANT, ISIAH BRYANT and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK 23, UNIT 1, LEHIGH PARK, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
