NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15 day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-53066, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SASCO MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WF2 is the Plaintiff and CAROL J. HALL, JOSEPH O. HALL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A JESSE JONES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 97, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS YACHT CLUB COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE(S) 95 AND 96
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
