Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 24 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-010747, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 19 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 5 TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE AFORESAID SECTION 5; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40'50” EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 FOR 1313.83 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 00 DEGREES 09'15” WEST FOR 999.92 FEET'; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 47'41” EAST FOR 659.67 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00 DEGREES 00'16” WEST FOR 1001.22 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE AFORESAID NORTHWEST 1/4; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 40'50” WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE FOR 656.91 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE AFORESAID SECTION 5 AS BEING SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40'50” EAST.
