NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on December 14, 2012 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-052775 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 09:00 AM on the 15 day of April, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
