FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION 607.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION FOR 145.0 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID FRACTION FOR 119.0 FEET; THENCE RUN WESTERLY PARALLEL TO SAID NORTH LINE FOR 145.0 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG SAID WEST LINE FOR 119.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF AN EXISTING PUBLIC ROAD OVER AND ACROSS THE WESTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF.
