Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in this cause on January 2, 2013 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 18, 2013 and the Order Granting Motion to Postpone Foreclosure Sale entered on March 8, 2013, and the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered on or about March 25, 2013, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 25, ALICO COMMERCIAL PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 75, Pages 11 through 13, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Lee County Property Appraiser Identification Number 08-46-25-57-00000.0250
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 9:00 a.m., on April 15, 2013, via the Internet at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
