NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2010 and entered in 36-2008-CA-054080 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC, is the Plaintiff and RUBEN I. SANCHEZ , JR.; APRIL SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on May 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 101, REPLAT OF TRACTS B & C, UNIT 10, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
